OYN Philosophy
First I want to congratulate you on being a fantastically normal human being!

So many of us have been raised under the false impression that our struggles are not normal. We've been told our stress, anxiety, grief, sadness, fear, and worry are things we should have under control at all times.
​
The reality is we are normal every second of every day, even when struggling. "Normal" is a fluid concept and our wasted energy in trying to control our thoughts/emotions lead us to believe when we are "off" or "not ourselves" something is wrong.
​
I am passionate about helping others embrace their normal by learning how our physical selves interacts with, and influences, our mental, or psychological, selves.
​
I teach a combination of skills to help regulate your body's responses to life and ways to navigate your emotional reactions more effectively. All intervention are based on your needs, your personality and your life. I focus on providing challenges to help you nudge outside of your comfort zone while providing you with the confidence of knowing that while change is scary, you have everything you need to get through it successfully.

The way our minds and our bodies talk to one another is the key to embracing our normal and lean into the beautiful chaos that is life.
